    Items needed.

   Scissors, nail polish remover and a black sharpie. Make sure you over size your cuts you don’t want to cut to small first time.

    Preparation

1.  Clean bottom of your shoes. Dish soap work for most shoe bottoms then dry the surface.          

2.  Take sandpaper that’s provided rough up the surface of your shoes.

3.  Use any type nail polish remover and wipe the bottom of your shoes to remove any oils or soap residue.

   Tracing your shoes.

4.   Apply tacky tracing paper to the bottom of your shoes.

5.   Trace the outline of the bottom of your shoes mark Left or right on tracing paper.

6.  Remove foam pieces and put tacky paper on it and cut outline with scissors. Be generous with your cutting you can make it smaller but not bigger.

         (Tip you can cut the tracing paper first or just cut as one.)

7.     Match cut piece of foam to bottom of your shoe. Trim as needed.

     Sole preparation

8.  Make sure the lettering on the sole material is facing up place tracing paper from foam on sole and cut. Again cutting it generously you can always cut it smaller.

      Applying foam pad.

9.  Peel only the paper side that goes on the shoe and carefully line it up starting at the toe press in place and work back. After applying to the bottom of the shoe press firmly. With paper still on the sole side put shoe on and press down firmly.

      Applying the sole. 

 10. Use finger nail polish remover and clean the sole side (smooth) that adheres to the foam pad. Let dry should take a minute or two. Peel off paper off on the foam pad and line up sole material        starting at the toe again work back. Press firmly in place once it's secure put shoes on your feet walk around a little. Use scissors and trim off any excess. Using the sand paper provided to smooth foam and sole material of any unsightly edges.
